Name of Work:Construction of MS Pipe barrel type well drop canal syphon structure at RD-28005m of Rajghat left bank main canal in downstream of Lower Orr Dam and up stream of existing canal aqueduct to protect LBC canal from maximum flood discharge of 11180 cumecs and their 354.04 m HFL of Lower Orr dam and aligning the u/s and d/s LBC to proposed syphon structure. It includes all activities starting from survey, investigations, Land acquisition, designing, preparation and submission of drawings and its approval from competent Authority including procurement, construction, laying, testing, aligning the MS pipe barrel with all allied inline structures etc.The work also includes training of Orr River and protection of riverbed in U/S and D/S of barrel, to increase the waterway to pass maximum flood discharge through that designed length of canal syphon structure with all Management, Operation and Maintenance (MOM) for the period of 2 years after completion. (Turn-Key Basis).
