| 1 | Maintenance of ETS Satvahana swimming pool (Type \"D\" ) of size 30 m x 10 m, without a separate diving pool, the water depth is 1 m at shallow end increasing to 4 m at deep end by following steps (a) Cleaning the surfaces by scraping and using chemicals such as bleaching, (b) Cleaning of swimming pool side walls, (c) skimmer channel by pool cleaner and cleaning of bottom including deep slope surface by under water cleaner (d) Removing sediment particle from bottom by using suction sweeper by deploying required number of manpower who are well conversant with swimming pool cleaning process and specialized in diving and deep cleaning, without disturbing the swimming pool schedule of operation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the following :- (a)T & P such as oxygen mask, air compressor, oxygen cylinder, safety rope, brush, wire mesh and all accessories required for under water cleaning of slope area at deep end including diving persons life insurance and any emergencies etc.(b) Cleaning of swimming pool should be carried out minimum once in a week and as and when ordered / directed by Engineer-in-charge / GE as per site requirement by deploying required manpower but not less than three. |

Note:(i)Testing of cylinders, repair to outlet valves of cylinders, gas control and regulating system should be checked and ensured for leakproof and proper functioning at each replacement of cylinder and the rate is shall deemed to be included for the same.(ii)Chlorine gas will be supplied in 900/100 Kg as ordered and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per site requirement.(iii) All safety equipment\"s/Masks should be providedby the contractor during replacement of chlorine gas cylinder and the rate is shall deemed to be included for the same. |

Note:- The ratequated by the contractor shall be inclusive of all T & P required for dewatering of balancing tank. |
