Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 gram/ litre of Asian Paints Ltd/Berger Paints India Ltd/Nippon Paints India Ltd/Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. or equivalent as approved by EinC, as per Manufacturer specifications including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. The cost includes all materials, leads & lifts, applications at all floor levels & building heights, scaffolding, Safety equipment, testing etc., as required.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade of Asian Paints Ltd Apex Ultima /Berger Paints India Ltd/Nippon Paints India Ltd/Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. or equivalent as approved by EinC, as per Manufacturer specifications with minimum 5 years warranty all complete as per the directions of Engineer in-charge. The cost includes all materials, leads & lifts, applications at all floor levels & building heights, scaffolding, Safety equipment, testing etc., as required.
