Non-payment of the same shall be deducted from RAR/BG,s & paid directly to concerned regulatory authority/Staff.(b) Any Change in EPF, ESI, Bonus (as applicable),GST and VDA due to statutory guidelines shall be adjusted (increase / decrease) with the payment to the contractor on submittion of proof of payment.(c) The contractor shall ensure that salary shall not be less than the provision under minimum wages act and all other benifits as per entitlement to the staff as per Govt Guidelines amended from time to time. |
