Finishing of external walls with Premium Emulsion exterior paint with elastomeric Polyurethane & Modified Silicon additives with crack bridging ability at least 2 mm up to 45 meters ( G+10 ) building over existing external texture paint surface of required shade with Two or more coats of paint and including Waterproof priming coat of exterior primer as per OEM specified standard consumptions.1. Removing of white or colour wash/any internal external wall paint by scrapping , cleaning by jet spray and preparing the surface smooth for further painting activity etc. complete including disposal of scrapped material, cleaning of flooring etc complete. Quoted rate shall be including working at any height by using swing or suitable arrangement to reach inaccessible location etc complete. Providing and filling of acrylic mortar in the cracks of external walls at any heights upto 45 meters ( G+10 ). 2. Crack shall be opened and cleaned properly . 3. A crack filler primer application shall be done to ensure bonding between old external wall surface and crack filler epoxy paste. Epoxy crack filler shall be suitable upto for 20mm crack filling 4. On filling of crack filler surface shall be prepare surface by cleaning and applying of crack sealer as per OEM approved specifications & making sure that crack is totally filled up tooling the surface to obtain an even smooth finish including curing of the cracks. 5. Primer coat shall be Polyurethane based with polymer fibers along with water proof property primer/base coat shall be applied as per the OEM specifications and methodology as specified by the OEM in view of at least 10 ( Ten ) Years warranty for Waterproofing & leakproofness and at least 12 ( Twelve ) Years warranty for paint shadeintactness. The primer, crack filler and final Paint shall be from the single OEM out of approved makes, mixing of makes is not allowed. 6. Two coats of painting shall be done as per approved pattern and shade. Quoted rate shall be including cost of all lift , scaffolding , hanging platform , making surface ready for application of external paint etc complete. Quoted rate shall be including working at any height by using swing or suitable arrangement to reach inaccessible location etc complete. L1 bidder to ensure safety of the workers during working, adequate safety harness and safety guard rope shall be provided to the working team, main contractor to ensure floor wise safety rope arrangement and fall arrester system ensuring safe working conditions. Insurance of each working team member equal to the cost of bid shall be drawn accordingly. Repairs to plaster upto at an height of 45 meters ( G+10 ) building of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).(GST extra )

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of all elevational features at all heights approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under priming coat of suitable shade withpaint of approved brand and manufacturer. Coat of primer+minimum two coats of paint as per approved colour scheme. Quoted rate shall be including removing of old paint by scrapping , cleaning the MS members by sanding and preparing the surface smooth for further painting activity etc. complete including disposal of scrapped material, cleaning of flooring etc complete.Quoted rate shall be including working at any height by using swing or suitable arrangement to reach at 45 meter height G+10 level and inaccessible locations etc complete.Actual area painted surfaces at site shall be measured for payments.Approved makes : Asian/Dulux/Nerolac.
