| 1 | Supplying and fixing Ornamental Teakwood entrance door with overall size of 3.70m x 2.45m with two leaves have openable shutter and two end portions are fixed as per the design of approved by the departmental officers. The outer frames are three horizontal and four vertical of size 150 x 100 mm teakwood scantlings.The Shutter frames are 100 x50 mm teakwood scantlings. The shutter shall have 2.10m height with two panels using teakwood planks of 40mm thick and finished with approved patten and carving work with skilled carpenter as directed by the departmental officers. The top portion 0.40m height with fixed glazing shall be covered with plain glass of 8mm thick with MS grill.The side fixed portion having bottom 1/3 panaled with teakwood planks of 40mm thick and top 2/3rd with fixed glazing shall be covered with plain glass of 8mm thick with MS grill. The rate includes cost of best and approved quality of Teakwood, Teakwood reeper 50x25mm,carving work, Brass hinges, Tower bolt, Aldrop, locking arrangements, Ornamental Handles, brass screws and labour charges for handlings, fixing charges, conveyance charges etc., The door frame and shutters shall be given two coats of best and approved quality of Lac polishing etc., complete complying with standard specification. |

| 6 | Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). |

| 13 | Supplying and fixing rain water harvesting recharge perculation pit for a total depth of 1.95m for which 0.45m depth in natural soil pit with 0.80m dia balance depth (Well ring size of dia 0.90m and 0.30 depth) covered with RCC cover slab of 0.75m thick of 1.00m dia and thus the top of well ring kept 0.15m above the ground level, and filling the rechargepit with sand and 40mm for 0.30m depth and 1.05m depth respectively and balance depth of 0.60m is kept as freeboard for RCC percolation pit. The rate includes cost of all materials such as RC well ring, RC cover slab 40mm HBS jelly sand at site of work and labour charges for fixing wellring, cover slab in position and filling sand and 40mm metal as dircted by the departmental officers. |
