Supplying, fitting and fixing of Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) plot marking pillar with stone chips as per standard specification & drawing. Proportion of concrete for fixing the pillars in ground will be 1:3:6 cement concrete with jhama chips. Size of pillars will be(900X300X80)mm. Excavation pit will be(600X380X400)mm .Pillars will be embedded in concrete to a depth of 400mm and 150mm on all sides. Curing of the RCC pillars must be done by submerging the same at least for 24X7 days as per standard practice. Pillars will be lettered ‘HIDCO’ in English and Bengali by engraving on the body and painted whole exposed surface (front, back and sides) with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of cement primer of approved quality. Centerline and Premises number will have to be marked and written perfectly by painting up to 5cm as per direction and approval of Engineer – in – charge.
