Land, Building Sealed Works In Zone-8 Area Jda Jaipur - 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic cum Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sum on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter.All kinds of soils 2 Earth, sand, lime, morrum manure or sludge for 10 Km 3 Earth, sand, lime, morrum manure or sludge for 10 Km 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 5 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1-Cement : 4-Sand). 6 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick. 7 Providing & fixing precast cement concrete coping 1 2 : 4 mix 50mm thick complete as per specification : 8 120cm. high fencing with angle iron posts 50x50x6mm. Placed at every 3 Mtr. apart 30cm. in ground embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30x30x45cm) corner & every tenth posts to bestrutted with 50x50x6mm angle iron provided with three horizontal lines and two diagonals of black barbed wire between two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staple including earth work in excavation etc. complete. 9 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and MoRD Specification Clause 801 800 mm x 600 mm rectangular 10 Supplying of 35 HP Diesel Tractor Trolly with hydraulic lift Trolley on hire with driver, cleaner and POL at different sites of JDA region as Directed by Engineer in charge. 11 Supply of JCB (excavator cum loader) Type 3D on hire including POL & driver at different sites as Directed by Engineer in charge. 12 Supply of Dumpers on hire charges with driver, cleaner and POL different sites of JDA region as Directed by Engineer in charge 13 Supplying of 35 HP Diesel Tractor with blade on hire with driver, cleaner and POL at different sites of JDA region at Directed by Engineer in charge. 14 Supply and fixing of NP-2 pipes 200mm dia and 2 meter length on 60-75 cm with filling of earth in pipes. Pipe should be painted with enamel paint in alternate strips of 20cm width and in one mete length with Red/White colour complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge. 15 Demarcation (by Total station) of schemes, Nallha, road, sector plan, master plan road and marking alignment or road with fixing of the center line by wooden pegs (5x5x45 cm) on ground as per respective drawings and master plan including fixing of pre cast pillars supplied by JDA at JDA store pillar size up to (10cm dia at the top & 15mm dia at bottom 75cm height) for demarcation of corners center lines as per the direction Engineering in Charge. Open Area 16 Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapesand sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
