| 1 | M&L for Day to day checking and maintenance of street light, perimeter light and high mast light including accessories, LED lights fitting on wall or pole or high mast and of any other locations to find out defects including dismantling of defective parts or taking down the fitting if, necessary, cleaning the bowl/ perflex cover and making the fitting in 100% serviceable condition including rectification of fault of over head lines and under ground cables if, any complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | Note: (i) The Contractor shall deploy minimum 01 Elect and 01 Helper except sunday & holidays for the purpose from 0900 hrs to 1700 Hrs daily. (ii) All T&P/Safety items shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.(iii) The Contractor shall rectify the complaint within 24 Hours otherwise penal charge will be imposed at the rate of @ Rs. 200/ per complaint/ per hour. (iv) Quoted rates shall include arrangement of bucket crane of high height or any other means required to rectify the compliants at the height of 11/18 metre or above. Safety of the tradesmen employed shall be the resposibility of the contractor. (v) Defective parts such as LED driver, service wire, cable joints shall be measured and paid under relevent item separately. However cost of replacement of minor parts such as nut, bolt, washer etc shall be inclusive in quoted rates. |
| 3 | Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for laying cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. |

| 7 | Supply, laying, connecting and testing of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable 4 core x 10 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty wth standard aluminium conductor including aluminium lugs/thimbles of suitable size and gland packing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work, DWC pipe, GI pipe will be measured and paid separately. |

| 19 | Material and labour for dismantling carefully high mast pole 12 to 15 mtrs height, shifting within 1 KM radius and erecting & refixing the same alongwith connected accessories to new location and making fully servicable comlete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) All T&P/Safety items shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. (b) Quoted rate shall include arrangement of bucket crane/hydra required height or any other means required to shifting of high mast light with in 1 KM radius. Safety of the tradesmen employed shall be the resposibility of the contractor. (c) Defective parts such as LED driver, service wire, cable joints shall be measured and paid under relevent item separately.(d) Earth work and PCC work along with TMT bar for making foundation and coping shall be paid and measured seperatly under relevent items. |

| 31 | Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch \"A\" while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. |
