Tender For In The Financial Year 2024-25, Under The Navard-30 Scheme, A 2 X 6 M Span Rcc Box Laghu Setu Was Constructed On The Dakhinahwa Drain Located At Km-09 Of Biskohar-Maudeh-Singharjot Road Under Btib. - Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of side complete in all respect. 2 Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exeeding 8km from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials. Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 3 (M-10) concrete with 40mm gauge stone ballast in 1:3:6 cement sand and approved grit in foundation including supply of all material labour tools and plants etc requider for completetion of the work.. 4 M-25 Class R.C.C. work with cement approved course sand 2CM gauge approved stone abllast in porportion of 1:1/1/2:3 in lintals bed block and Deksslab & Approved slab including cost of suttering but excluding steel etc. complete As per SI No 286(a). 5 Class 150 sub-class A brick in cement mortar 1:4 cement & approved course sand mortor in foundation and plingth including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, As per SI No 305. 6 Mild Steel or iron work such as in reinforced concrete as in reinforced brick work (When not including in over all rates) required for proper completion of work as per Sl No 504. 7 Providing weep holes in reinforceed concerete abutment. Wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC Pipe extending through the full width of the structure slope of 1(V)20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7. 8 Providing and laying Back Filling behind abutment wing wall and behind retuirn wall complete as per drawing and technical specification.. 9 Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulder weighing not less than 40 kg eathc completes as per drawing and technical specification. 10 Proving of pumping set with insulationfor dewatering of seapage in foundation with all materials labour tools and plants etc required for proper complete work. 11 Brick soiling with stragit over burnt bricks/1st class brick laid flat on dry including prepration of subgrade to prescribed camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints, with local earth spreading coat of one cm. etc. SI No.-762(a). 12 PART-B (For Approach Road)Earth work in cutting in embankment in ordinary soil (Loam,Clay or sand) excavation to be in the form ofpit not exceeding 50 cm in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, including the ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.50 meter lift and 30meter lead. the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30m distanceas direction by the Engineer incharge. 13 Construction of granular Sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Techincal Specification Clause 401. 14 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405 15 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification clause 405 16 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per Technical Specification Clause 502 17 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & Cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 18 Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by manual MORD Specific- ations 508 19 Providing and laying seal coat by Manual means with Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. 20 Earthwork in patari on bothside ofroad in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 metre in depth andearth work to be compacted in 20 cm.layers including ramming and dressing and also the surface to required levels and slopes also including 2.0 m. lift and 10m. lead as per specification and direction of E/I.
