Tender For Road Safety work of Dostpur-Akbarpur-Jalalpur-Neori road MDR par padane wale 03 chaurahe Ch-30-0000 35-200 41-100 and 03 T-Junction Ch-42-400 48-320 47-670 in CD district Ambedkarnagar - Earthwork in Exacavation in trenches for construction of culverts foundation (loan clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m lead up to 50m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge ahead of 50m. including supply of all labour , material T&P etcfor proper completion of work. 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate in layers wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 4 Providing and applying primer coat with emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (including cost of emulsion) 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (including cost of bitumen) 6 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with ahydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (including cost of bitumen) 7 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30@ 5.2% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects (including cost of bitumen) 8 Providing and erecting direction and place indetifiction retro-reflective fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exeeeding 0.90 sqm supported on a miled steel double angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conctrete 45x45x60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing complete (90x90cm) 9 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5.00 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.Traffic Signs- REPEATED BAR 1 set of transvers Bars as per IRC 35=7.0*(6*0.3)=12.60 10 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and imformatory sign as per IRC 67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 8O1 3, fixed cover aluminium sheeting 15mm thick supported on a miled steel angle iron post 75 mm x75mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement conc 45cm x 45cm x 60 cm, 60cm belwo ground level as per approved drawing.Traffic Signs- MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT 11 S/f of Pavement Maker (Cat Eye) Type X-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennison/3 M (USA Make) consisting of ASA Plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound. The housing shall contain prismatic two glass covered prismatic reflective face to reflect incident light I/C all tax 12 Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. 13 Supply & fixing and erection of built up Cantilever structure of 6m span comprising of one vertical past of 6.00m hieght made up of 300mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical welded with 10mm MS plate at Top & 12mm MS Plate at bottomthe horizontal truss shall comprise of 50mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40mm dia heavy MS pipe as dressing a nd 10mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure desig and drawing with one of steel primer and two coat of synathic emamel paint the work includes construction of Rcc foundation of size 0.90x0.90mm of reauired depth as per site condition for built up structure including earth work cost of reinforcement and shuttering the lateral vertical clearance and complete.
