Operation and maintenance of Transmission Main-I from Surajpura to Sambhar, which includes the Clear Water Pumping Station, Clear Water Reservoir, electromagnetic full-bore water meter, Pumps, Motor, Electric Panel, Soft Starter, Actuator Panels, Road Lights, office building, store building, staff quarters, Campus roads, drains, and boundary wall at Malpura and Dudu Headworks. This will involve complete patrolling and addressing all leaks and Leakage Repair (including the provision of all necessary materials and machinery/Equipment) for the following pipelines: 1000 mm (38 km), 900 mm (49 km), and 700 mm (30.50 km) PSCC/MS pipelines. Additionally, it includes repairing Air valves Score Valves, B/F Valves, Surge Protection Devices, and other appurtenances from Surajpura to Sambhar, along with routine and preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer’s manual and recommendations and scope of work as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge (EIC). The contract will cover any necessary expenses related to risk and other hazards, as well as costs for operational and maintenance of Man, Machine and Material. All work and conditions defined in the Tender Document are included. This contract includes All Leakage Repairing which includes all Required material or Machinary or Other requirement.
