| 4 | Constructing of granular sub base grade -II by providing coarse graded BT machine crushed material satisfying MOST specification of gradingincluding spreading in uniform layeron prepared surface mxing by mix in pace method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete. |
| 5 | Providing and laying cement concrete of 1:3:6 using 20 mm maximum size aggregateincluding mixing,transporting, ramming, compaction, leveling, formwork ,curing, dewatering if required etc. complete as per specifications for leveling course in foundations for column footings, rafts, plinth beams, trenches, under floor , roads etc. complete. |
| 6 | Providing and casting in situ RCC of grade 1:1.5:3 using stone of maximum size 20 mm and below down graded agregates including scaffolding, mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth all exposed faces for all in situ items as per drawings and specifications.(The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement but inclusive of formwork)NOTE : (i) Minimum consumption of cement shall not be less than 320 Kgs./Cu.m.(ii) Any upward variation in cement consumption to achieve 1:1.5:3 grade shall not be paid.(iii) At the time of Execution if the actual cement consumption by mix designing is less than 320 Kg. suitable rebate per Kg. shall be applicable. |
| 7 | Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding TMTbarsteel reinforcement ofany brand but ISI markedin all RCC works at all heights , providing spacer blocks in CM 1:2 includingnecessary scaffolding , 16 gauge binding wires etc. complete as per drawings. |
| 8 | Providing and laying 150 mm thick dry stone pitching for side slopes, toe wall, etc. with hard basalt rubble of size 150 mm including preparing the surface to complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer. |
| 9 | Providing flush pointing over existing stone pitching in cement mortar 1:3, curing, scaffolding, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. |
| 10 | Supplying Coal tar epoxy of Bergeer/Asian/Shalimar make in 20 liter pack for expansion joints. Note:- Bill/Challan copy has to be submitted to department for verification. Material entry has to be got verified at township security gate. |
