Panels for Mounting Hardware: • The panel should be duly wired and sufficiently spaced to accommodate all the equipment. The panel should have IP65 protection and made of SS-304 sheet metal. The earthing bolts should be available at both sides. The enclosure should have double door and a canopy with proper weather protection. The panel should have pad lock arrangement and pole mounting arrangement. The system should be capable to run on both solar operated 24 V DC & 230 V ACPower and Backup: All the stations equipment (i.e. Hooters, PA system, strobe lights, PLCs etc.) must be primarily powered and activated by solar panel. The status of Power Supply must be available in the Control Room. Siren System:Must have provision of Pre recorded /programmed audio messages in multiple languages. | 3 | For Supply, Testing, Designing, Erection and commissioning of Autonomy of the System .The system should have Solar Panels of Sufficient Rating to be autonomous for minimum three days i.e. the system should have sufficient storage capacity in the shape of batteries charge controller and other accessories requiredfor successful operation of the system in case of non- availability of sunlight and the system operate for minimum five times in a day. Solar panel with 24/12V DC output with required W/VA capacity to be decided by the vendor. The System should be capable of bearing the load of the Local Control System for 3 sunless days in a row. Batteries are to be mounted in the same pole/placed on foundations in a cabinet having IP 65 suitable for open environment. Each Siren should have 24/12V batteries inside controller, to ensure dissemination of warning messages in case of failure of AC mains power.Battery Backup should be sufficient days of idle running + minimum operations (5 messages of 6 duration each).The Solar Panel shall conform to IEC 61215 (Latest edition certificate) and IEC 61730. 2023. | 4 | For Supply, Testing, Designing, Erection and commissioningof Electronic Siren up to 2 km The Sirens should be Omni directional and the system audio output must be of high quality and distinctly audible upto 2 Km from Siren/Hooter point for Considering ambient noise, system audio output must be at least 3dB above the ambient noise conditions. High Power Electronic Siren System each with a minimum acoustic power of 120 db (1.4 km meter for Siren & 1.2 km for PA System).
