Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per drawing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per claus 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less then 0.20cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed site form work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micorn thick polythine film wedges steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate viobrators and finished in countinous operations including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints applying primer sealent, dowel bars and construction joint, admixtures as approved curing of concrete slab for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to ines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. 1-At present instructions as per ENC Letter no. 233-Camp-ENC/03(HQ-1)/2024 Dt.- 24.12.2024 are effective regarding maintenance of work, which are hereby adjourned in anticipation of further instructions. if any new instructions regarding maintenance of work are issued by competent authority, they will be deemed mandatory for the work. no representation regarding that will be entertained.2- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 1609.00 per Hour including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 12872.00 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period.
