| 3 | CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side fromwork (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501(approved Quarri grit)(Excluding GST) |
| 4 | Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. |

| 8 | 1-At present instructions as per ENC Letter no. 233-Camp-ENC/03(HQ-1)/2024 Dt.- 24.12.2024 are effective regarding maintenance of work, which are hereby adjourned in anticipation of further instructions. if any new instructions regarding maintenance of work are issued by competent authority, they will be deemed mandatory for the work. no representation regarding that will be entertained.2- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 1609.00 per Hour including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 12872.00 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period. |
