Tender For CC work in the populated area on Nagal to Sadharan Sir road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. complete in all respects but excluding GST. 2 Construction ofun-reinforced, without dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days. using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawingand Technical Specification Clause 1501 3 M-150 Brick on edge pavement on parties with bricks, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope, and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm. (3/8) depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour Tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 4 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move) SI. No. 251 complete in all respects but excluding GST. 5 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. SI. No. 281 complete in all respects but excluding GST. 6 Class-150 Brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, curing and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. No. 305 (a) complete in all respects but excluding GST. 7 12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand mortar in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. SI. No. 284 complete in all respects but excluding GST. 8 2 cm thick Damp Proof Course with Cement and approved coarse sand 1:2 with and including water proofing compound (1 Ltr. to 1 bag of cement of 50 Kg.) as ordered by the Engineer incharge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work and including proper curing & shutterings as necessary. SI. No. 360complete in all respects but excluding GST. 9 4 cm (1½) thick instead of 2.5 (1) thick and without base concrete. floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (1) graded approved stone grit, laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8) floating coat of neat cement of cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified over and including 8 cm (3) thick base concrete consisting of cement, fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm. (1½) gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the penals if any and giving them a uniform finish, including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
