Designing, Engineering, manufacturing, supply of Urea Synthesis Reactor including High efficiency Trays and bought out components along with commissioning, bolt tensioning device, special tools /tackles, delivery / unloading at NFL Nangal site as per followings:a)-Technical specification of Reactor is as per Annexure Ib)-Scope of supply of complete reactor is as per Annexure IIc)-Inspection/Testing during construction, fabrication erection plan and TPIA and process licenser scope is as per Annexure IIId)-Drawing and documentation of complete supply shall be as per Annexure IV.e)-General Information (General Technical requirement, commissioning spares, G/W, process performance Guarantee, packing etc.) as per Annexure V.f)-Technical data of existing Urea Reactor shall be as per Annexure VIg)-Design basis shall be as per Annexure VIIh)-Process performance Guarantee shall be as per Annexure VIIIi)-Evaluation and comparison of bids & price reduction clause shall be as per Annexure IX
