| 16 | S&F in repair punched tape concertina coil (including two handles and spikes on both ends of coil) and dia 1050mm, having a core wire of high carbon spring steel at high tensile strength. The punched tape and core wire (2.5+ 0.35mm (dia) shall be heavy galvanised (IS-1730) wire-275 GSM & Strip-200 GSM) to provide against outdoor exposure. The punched tape shall be mechanically crimped over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil, blade profile as medium blade (MBBT). The width of strip shall be 22mm and spacing of blades shall be 35.00+0.5mm centre to centre. The weight of each coil shall be 14+ 5%Kgs without packing material. Tensile strength of wire shall be 1400-1500 N/Sqmm. Each coil shall cover length of 10 RM (maximum) when placedon Y arm. Concertina coil shall be fixed in diamond shape with the help of dove tail clip with barbed wire complete all as specified and directed. |
