2Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam andordinary soil including excavated earth etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
3Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with smallsize boulders etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
4Earth work excavating for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m except hard rock requiring blasting to full depth as may be directed inclusive of shoring strutting, bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.
5Supplying and filling with M.sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including watering, consolidation etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
6Supplying and filling in foundation with M.sand Gravel mix in ratio of 30:70 in layers of not more than 15cm thick thoroughly mixed, well watered, rammed and consolidated etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
7Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits without strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of and B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding. laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center and supported by Casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia. (spaced at 75cm) center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

9Cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three M-sand and six aggregate) using 40 mm size hard broken granitestone jelly for base concrete layers of not more than 15 cm thick including compacting, finishing curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
10Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm down graded to I.S specified grading(To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixerof the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
11Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete M15 grade usingcrusher brokenhard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of40 mmand down gradedto I.S specified grading to achieve the specified characteristicstrength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixingthe ingredients in approved mixer placing in layers and vibrating .water curing .finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc complete in all respects so as to attain the profilestrengthspecified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the engineer incharge of works and complying with technical specifications.(Up to 4.50 m Height above ground level)
12Providing and placing Reinforced Cement Concrete M25 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm and down graded to I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 25 N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., excluding centering and fabicrication of steel complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the engineer incharges of works and complying with technical specification.
13Providing and laying in position standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minium cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maxium water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticizer/Super plasticizer) in recommended proportions asper IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcemnt grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including and laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers (Up to 4.50 m height above ground level)
14Supplying and fabrication and placing in position of Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel for all RCC works including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
15Supplying and filling in position of40cm thick ingraded metal using 20mm,40mm and 63 mm Hard Blue Granite jelley for longitudinal and transverse filter as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.
16Supplying and Filling of Gravel in between the gap of CC Block with 75mmthick, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.
17Supplyingand filling loose boulders of Sizemore than 300mm and weightmore than 40kg in U/Sand D/S apron using including conveyance,cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by thedepartmental officers.
18Supplying and Fixing of Expansion Board (water proof) 20mm thick including cost of required accessories at suitable Intervel as directed by the departmental officers.
19Supplying and Fixing of Expansion Board (water proof) 12mm thick including cost of required accessories at suitable Intervel as directed by the departmental officers - For Flooring
20Supplying and Fixing ofPVC Water bar 150mm wide with single bulp including cost of required accessories as directed by the departmental officers.- Two layer
21Supplyingand fixing in position ofseepage pipes of 75 mm dia PVC pipe with standing working pressure of 6 Kg/cm2required lengths with required filter media (excluding the cost of filter media) for abutment and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for fixing etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
22Dewatering using 5 HP Diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges,cost of Diesel,Engine oil,Pump operator,labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back ,loading ,unloading and any other incidential charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers..
23Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with a lead of 2Km (MR) deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods ,sectioning, compaction by power roller with watering and consolidation in layers of not more than 15cm thicketc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
24Supplying and packing Gravel on the slope of the bund laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed consolidated and curing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
25Rough stone dry packing using new rough stones for talus apron and revetments etc., including cost of Rough stones, conveyance Labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification anddirected by the departmental officers.
26Supplying and filling graded filter provided in two or more layers (ie., 50, 40, 20 and 12mm size metal for weep hole filter media in Abutment,wings and Return walletc., complete as per standard specification anddirected by the departmental officers.- For weep holes.
27Earth work excavation deploying earth moving machineries for desilting channel having a width of more than 10 m and forming bund on either side and deposting the earth on banks including jungle clearence etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
28Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size up to 1.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm mild steel angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of material , consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materialto the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and including all taxes etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
29Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size above 1.00m and up to 2.00m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100x50mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm thick Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. 30Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6 mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coatsof AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and including all other taxes etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
31Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc., complete
32Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150 x 75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm Mild Steel Round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60 m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12 mm Mild Steel Plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2 Noswith required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at the section store.The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
33Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly Light duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 70 Kg)made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearingsfor smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxesetc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
