Name of Work :Supplying of Loader cum Excavator 3DX (JCB/L&T), Excavator 200 (Poclain), Dumper, Tractor with trolly, with necessary Tools & Plants including man power on hire basis for removal of unauthorized encroachment at various Roads under the jurisdiction of Contai Sub-Division, PWD in the district of Purba medinipur during the financial year 2024-25.

Supplying of Loader cum Excavator 3DX (JCB/L&T),-1 No. Excavator 200 (Poclain) -1 No. (as required and as per insctruction of the Engineer-in-Charge),Dumper -1 No, Tractor with trolly -1 no, with necessary Tools & Plants including man power [ Minimum -20 Nos. & as required and as per instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge] on hire basis for removal of unauthorized encroachment at various Roads under the jurisdiction of Contai Sub-Division, PWD and disposing off the same to the disposal area as per direction of the EIC to avoid any environmental hazards and immediately clear the site for smooth traffic movement as well as movement of pedestrians. The affected area may be made encumbrance free from all angles as and when requied. The rate shall be inclussive of all taxes, hire charges, fuel cost, accidental cost, for removal of debris and disposal the same in order to restore the affected areas in original condition. The working team shall promptly be released after completion of the entire job. The work shall be carried out as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge depending on the emergent situation.
