Tender For Renewal Work With General Repair Agra Hathras Road Km-188 To Abidgarh Via Peeli Pokhar - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4-53mmto water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification Clause 405. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydralic broom as per technical specification clause 503. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade Bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. 4 Providing and laying seal coat by mechanical means with VG-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid to the specified levels grades and cross fall using Type C as per technical specification Clause 510. 5 Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (PC Portion) 6 Note - 1. GST will be paid as per rule.2. Labour Cess 1% included in above rates and same will be deducted at the time of payment.3. Bitumen/ Emulsion will be issued to the contractor as per Schedule C
