Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Leasing Of 2 Nos Of Router Similar Category Leasing In Of Assets includes complete support for routers and associated hardware and software. Support partner shall provide all necessary support services without any extra cost, which includes, but not limited to the following. i. Upgrade, update, maintain routers as and when required. ii. Configure, edit, delete, deploy etc. router and its necessary configuration. iii. Fresh installation/implementation if box gets replaced from OEM due to hardware failure or location change. iv. Provide quarterly reports duly verified from customer regarding healthiness of the router. v. Responsible for reconfiguration of router as per customer future requirement. Activities mentioned above (I to iv) shall be done in next business day after receipt of intimation. SLA will be applicable if the activity is not completed within (T+5 days). T is the date of requirement. vi. SLA is 99.5% (excluding 0.5% scheduled service maintenance) uptime & prorata service credit for cumulative downtime if downtime exceeds acceptable SLA vii. The Downtime shall not include service unavailability of the link for the reasons attributable to the customer, POWERTEL, Force Majeure Events and Schedule Service Maintenance by SI. viii.
