    Auction Sale Of Total Qty. = 24 Nos, Description:- Scrap And Unserviceable Masonry Structure Of Abandoned Railway Quarter Block No.: New Loco Colony: 58/1-10 (Total = 10 Units Type-I, Plinth Area - 293 Sq.M), 669/1-4, 691/1-4, 692/1-4 (Total = 12 Units Type-I, Total Plinth Area - 384.72 Sq.M) And 971/1-2 (Total = 02 Units Type-Ii, Total Plinth Area - 120.06 Sq.M) With Ac Sheet Roof. Remarks - (1) Dismantling Of The Above Quarters Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. (2) Purchaser Will Not Demolish Water Supply Pipe Line And Electrical Post In The Form Of Pipe Or Rail And The Same Are Not Offered For Auction. (Electrical And Water Supply Fittings Also Not Included In Auction, Hence If Found May Be Returned Back To Store Holder). (3) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway. (4) Any Hidden Material Like Rails, Beam Etc Found During Dismantling Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder. (5) Auction Components Do Not Include Chain Link, Fencing, Pvc Doors & Asbestos Ceiling. The Same Has To Be Returned Back To Stock Holder If Found. 6) Rail Posts And Purlins Are Offered For Auction. Special Remarks - 1) Due To Complexity Of Lots, Free Delivery Period Against This Lot Will Be 80 Days As Per Railway Board Letter No. 2015/Rs(S)/709/5 Dt. 29.01.2016 Under Chapter No.-7.4. 2) Material To Be Sold On As Is Where Is Basis & Quarters Will Be Delivered In Nos.
