| 5 | Item no.03 Overhauling, & Servicing of 500 KVA 22/0.433kV oil immersed Transformer includes Inspection of transformer before refurbishing in presence of MIDC‘s representatives ;draining out of old oil from main tank.; dismantling of inspection cover, conservator tank, valves, HT & LT Bushing, Radiators, etc., removing of Core Coil Assembly from tank flushing of hot oil through filter machine on core coil assembly; external & internal Inspection of transformer; replacement of all insulation blocks, wrapper, phase barrier board, etc. that may be felt necessary: applying primer and cleaning of tank from inside and outside, reassembly of core coil after cleaning: drying.Processing. varnishing, ovening etc. of core coil assembly; tanking of core coil assembly: reassembly of inspection cover, conservator tank, Valves & HT, LT Bushing: replacemeni of all gasket /Rubber Gattu by new one; re fling of filtered oil main transformer through filter machine, painting of transformer tank and laccessories; providing and fitting of new silica gel breather; routine testing of transformer as per IS 2026 (Test Report should be submitted to MIDC office) and TO & Fro transportation including Loading-unloading. |
