Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 500 LPHfully Automatic RO Plant for Dialysis machines at CHC Chandoosa including from pre-treatment, RO Unit to post treatment unit with PEX Piping Loop. The PEX piping loop has to be provided with Five-Eighthigh grade SS316 push pull type connectors for water outlet at dialysis machine connecting points at several points asper space available in ward.

Raw water storage tank (2000 liter) with booster, allied works. Pipe fittings along with necessary valves in PPR etc. The Job also includes piping network of PVC with joints, Tees and other related material for disposing off the flush out waste water from dialysis machine.

SITC of 5kVA UPS System Single Phase 90-100 Minutes backup on full load along with 8kVA Servo Stabilizer, Cabling and all accessories. The Job also includes providing and fitting of electric points for all electric items of Plant like pumping units, multiport of FRP vessels, RO unit etc along with main supply from control panel of main source of electricity.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge Anodized aluminum (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) with half glazed and half ACP 3mm. Including all Hardware fittings like Handles, hings, locks etc. Complete Job. LMR

Provision of CMC for the period of two years from the time of testing and commissioning of the plant.All maintenance including spare parts (electrical, mechanical, plastic etc.) software consumption should be included in warranty period and in CMC Charges. Water testing (chemical and bacterial) should be included in maintenance and should be done once every six months.
