Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil to be in the from of borrow pits not exceeding 0.50M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including remming and dressing the surface to requirment levels and slope and also including 1.50M lift and 30M lead . the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or be deposited as spoil banks with in 30M distance as directed by the engineer in chargewith 1km cartage SOR No- 253 (a) as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grading 2 withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respects as per direction of E/I including cost of all material, labour, royalty, T&P and all other taxes as applicable but excluding cost of GST.
