Hire Charges for providing and erecting strong waterproof mandap in slopping roof up to 30ft height at slopping end by covering with waterproof tarpaulin sheet by properly fixing on top including constructed with vertical post 2 to strong bamboo for fixing the tarpaulin in proper shape etc. complete for a Period of 3 days 2 . High charges for providing and erecting strong waterproof mandap in slopping roof up to 38ft height at center and 28ft height at slopping end by covering with waterproof tarpaulin sheet by property fixing on top including constructed with vertical post 2 to strong german hanger for fixing the tarpaulin in proper shape etc complete. 3 . Providing and erection wooden stage up 4.00 ft. height in level and lips of required size and helght using thick wooden planks with vertical and horizontal post including providing wooden steps of appropriate requirement and removing the same after the function over 3 days 4 . Providing and laying approved quality woolen/ Synthetic/jute carpet on VIP main stage president and removing the same after the function is over as per required and directed by engineer in Charges. (3days) 6 . Hire Charges for Providing & Erection Iron Baracating with Vertical and Horizontal post support 2 meters and 1/5 meters directed by Engineer in charge. 7 . Providing and supplying PVC chairs or stool 2x2 for the period of 3 days including all lead and lift and arranging in proper manner as directed on hire basis. 8 . Hire charges for providing and fixing white partition up to 10ft for covering of side walling of compound properly by making required frame by using strong bamboo or steel for side frame work at required distance for fixing white cloth at proper shape etc, directed by engineer in charge for a Period of 3 days 9 . Providing and supplying folding table of size 4x2 at polling station counting station for the required period including all lead and lift etc. and arranging in proper manner as directed on hire basis
