Channel 100X50 mm (9.6 Kg/mtr.) for Cable Stand 12 MS Angle 75x75x6mm (6.8 KG/mtr) for Cable Stand 13 Earthing complete 14 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 sq.mm. 15 33 KV XLPE 3X300 sq.mmm C/J/Kit (Outdoor) 16 Fabrication, Errection & Grouting of Substation Structure: 17 Isolator Structure: Fabrication of Isolator Structure 3.5 mtr in height as per Drg. digging of two no. pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 mtr. providing Stone Pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075x0.3 mtr. including all civil material, T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, shifting up to 40 Mtr., raising and erecting the two legs with runner on proper alignment and level and plumb. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothing of edges. 18 P.I Structure : Fabrication of P.I CT Structure 3.5 mtr. in height as per Drg. digging of two no pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 mtr. providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the Structure in CC(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075x0.3 mtr. including all civil material, T&P complete in all respect. Both plinths of the structure shall be properly finished with smoothing of edges. 19 Cable StandFabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of MS channel 100x50mm, 3.0 mtr. long joined to each other by means of 5 no. MS Flat 50x6mm pieces of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in block of size 300x300x700mm (1:4:8) complete. This includes providing of required MS Clamp made of MS Flat holding the cable including nuts & bolts and fixing of XLPE cable. 20 Installation of Isolators: Assembling and installation of line/ bus isolator on the isolator structure adjusting of opening mechanis in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same. In case of line isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication & proper connection with earthmat/earthing by G.I. earth strip 50x6mm proper fixing if required (All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor). 21 Installation of P.I : Assembling, installation & mounting of 3 No.(1set)Post insulator on the P.I. Structure/complete with making earth connections (separate) with GI Strip 50x6mm. The work includes fabrication for fixing if required.(All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor). 22 Painting of all structures and equipments with good quality ISI Mark one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of Aluminium Paint. 23 Erection of the following support through digging pits complete in all respect including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories as per RESSPO/REC drawing. (All type of clamps, nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.) 24 Providing & Fixing ofStone Pad (300x300x75 mm) 25 33 KV Single support of ST Pole 11mtr long.with X Arm, Pin insulator with all accessories as requred. 26 33 KV Single support of PCC Pole 9mtr long.with X Arm, Pin insulator with all accessories as requred. 27 33 KV Single support of ST Pole 13mtr long.with X Arm, Pin insulator with all accessories as requred. 28 Concreting of supports with cement, concrete (CC will be of cement coarse sand & Stone Grit) Grouting will be done with the help of wooden/steel formers in a block of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 1/6 of the full length of the support in the CC 1:4:8 ratio and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level as per RESPO/ RES. 29 Concreting of supports with cement, concrete (CC will be of cement coarse sand & Stone Grit) Grouting will be done with the help of wooden/steel formers in a block of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 1/6 of the full length of the support in the CC 1:4:8 ratio as per RESPO/ RES. 30 Earthing of supports with Earth Electrode 2.5 mtr. length including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod upto proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of 6 SWG G.I. Wire and earthing lugs. RESPO/ RES. drawing.Earthingof each section pole is also to be done. (All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.) 31 Painting of following supports with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete of job. (All materials to be provided by Contractor). 32 Single Pole of 11 M S.T.P 33 Single Pole of 13 M S.T.P 34 Providing & Fixing of 33 KV SMC Danger board ( as per RESPO/REC)with Clamp & Nut Bolt 35 Providing & Fixing of 33 KV SMC Number Plate ( as per RESPO/REC) with Clamp & Nut Bolt 36 Providing & Fixing of G.I. Barbed wire (2 Kg./pole) 37 Laying of 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV, XLPE insulated U/G Cable in HDPE Pipe size of 150 mm dia single circuit below minimum 1.5 mtr. Depth from ground level. (All material includeHDPE Pipe to be provided by contractor). 38 Laying & dressing of 33 KV 3x300 Sq.mm XLPE cable (Single CKT.) by excavation of trench in the ground of size 700mm wide, 1200mm deep providing 150mm fine sand cushion belowthe cable. The cable shall be duly protected by bricks, sand & stone slab and refilling & ramming of the left out soil. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cable laying work includes unrolling, cutting, making ring and sealing both ends of the cable (All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor). 39 Hoisting of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole including G.I. pipe of size 6 dia 3 M long and its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts. (All material include GI Pipe to be provided by contractor). 40 Cable Route Marker 41 High Pressure Testing 42 GST will be paid extra as per rule.
