(SOR No.305) 2 Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 part of the fine sand of 1.25 finenes modulus on brick work including supply of all materials labour and completion of work. (SOR No.574) 3 12mm. Thick plaster with one part of cement and three part of approved coarse sand including supply of all materials labour and completion of work. (SOR No.582) 4 Cement Concrete with 2cm. guage approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (SOR No. 279A) 5 Mild steel or iron work of small size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie roads, gratings etc. (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to requiredform, including of supply of steel, boalts nuts and wastage etc. but of fabrication of hold fast nosing hold fast. 6 Finishing walls with superior quality water proof cement paint/ snowcem of approved make and qualityof new work with two coats to give even shadeincluding preparing surface by the throughly cleaning and sand preparing and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR No. 660) 7 Applying primer coat over new steel and other metal surface after paint including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel/ wood scrappers sand paparing and knotting including coat of alland supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 8 Painting two coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel paint of standered make brushing to give an even shade and finished and including cleaning the surface all durt dust and other foreing metter sand paparing and stripping including cost matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel/ wood scrappers sand paparing and knotting including coat ofalland supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
