Electro-mechanical repairs and replacement/ maintenance work to machinery/Water Tanker bearing Nos 8047, 5076 and 5816 of Water Works Division Sgr. (under M&R)- 1 Replacement of front glass/ wind shield (job includes cost of items/ accessories used in replacement, labour costs, machining costs, etc)The items used shall be from standard make under the instructions of engineer in charge.(No. 8047) 2 Providing & Fitting Power Steering System to machniery/Water Tanker No. 5816:-The job includes lifting of the machinery properly by placing the jack beneath the jack pad under the engine.A) Dismantling the steering related components including the engine along with disconnecting the centre link from the pitman arm.B) Unbolting of steering box from the frame & providing & fitting of steering gear/rack, steering column, steering coupler, power steering hoses, power steering pump and power steering box, hydraulic pipes, joints, valves and allied components. C) Connecting the pressure lines from pump to box, filling the reservoir/chamber with St. and hyd. fluid upto the required level. The comonents and fluids used shall be of standard quality and reputed make. The job includes testing of the system on full load after complete installation and one year maintenance with replacement of any damaged component. 3 Replacement of door lock with key (no.5076) 4 Replacement of tie rod end set (no.5076)
