It is noted and agreed that the decision of the Engineer shall be final binding regarding clarification of quantities in this Schedule with respect to other sections of the Contract.

It is confirmed that before submitting the bid we have visited site, assessed and satisfied regarding the availability of borrow materials (borrow earth, sand, aggregate & stone etc.) as per requirement of relevant item of SOQ.
