Corrigendum : Tender For Design And Construction Of Barrage At Downstream Of Mahuta Ghat Including Associated Works For Bpcl Petrochemical Project,
Name of Work:Construction of Bina Refinery Betwa Barrage Project on Betwa River having approximate minimum gross capacity of 42.94 MCM on turnkey basis with maximum total submergence of 647 Ha land (0 Ha Forest, 79.32 Ha Private land, 567.68 Ha Government land) comprising of preparation of Construction drawings & design, obtaining approval of all construction drawings & design from the competent authority including construction of all civil, mechanical and electrical works involved in the construction of Barrage for flood discharge 22890 Cumecs. The work includes survey of Head Work and Submergence with Fixing of Chainage cum Boundary Stone, geological investigations, hydrology approval, preparation and submission of complete Land Acquisition (LA) cases to competent authority for land acquisition of Barrage seat and submergence area and perusing LA cases for award, forest clearance, environmental clearance and all other clearances which are required for Barrage construction. Construction of permanent BT/WMM road for Barrage approaches to BPCL Bina refinery Factory and Malhargadh Road respectively , Construction ofConcrete Overflow block, drilling grouting, Non-over flow blocksincluding RCC T beam Deck slab bridge withminimum 6.6 meter width, Energy Dissipation arrangement, earthen dam , river training and construction of coffer dam, environmental sluice including design, drawing and erection of Vertical gates with hoisting arrangements, automatic lifting beam, Electrically operated hoist with foot bridge and 2 no. set Stop log arrangements, Mono rail arrangement including all related components and hoist supporting structures including painting with primer and anti-corrosive treatmentas per Latest relevant IS CODE and departmental circulars for all component of Barrage structure involved in construction including model study of the project Construction, Planning & Design of control room and chaukidar quarter Building , all lightingand maintenance of all components, including dam break analysis, Emergency action plan(EAP) preparation, gate operation & O/M manual, instrumentation in dam including RTDAS (Real time Data Acquisition System),AWS,ARS,AWLR etc. for monitoring and any other work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per details given in scope of work with removal of defect in defect liability periodfor 60 months after completion of the project.
