Creation of beautification (2 piece of land- approx. 240 sq.m & approx. 180 sq.m. respectively) by hedge line making by Kamini, Foxtel, Areca Palm, Psychus etc., painting of existing ornamental railing & making entry gate & inside paved way for movement etc. and construction of beautified sitting arrangements (10 nos., minimum for 4 seater) by concrete including fixation of decorative portable bins (3 nos.), minimum capacity of 150 lt. of water, FRP made, pested logos of \"Use me\" “NDITA” etc., and lighting arrangement by decorative LED flood light (7 nos., minimum 120W) including metering kiosk (2.5ft X 2ft X 1.5ft) fabricated by M.S. sheet (14 SWG), both side opening door with middle portion separator by wooden partition and inside fixing of 100A three phase main switch (Havells or similar standard make), necessary bus bar, MCB, power contactor, time switch and creation of a garden fountain (minimum OD 5.0 mtr.) & cration of a pagoda (minimum 3.0m x 4.0m) at the park and removing of rubbish (before commencement & after completion) etc. all as per direction & design of the E.I.C. & including of GST & other taxes & transportation etc.
