All works above plinth and upto floor V level 29 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type ) on the exterior side of building/stucture,upto25 metre height,above ground level,includding additional rows of scapffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site,made with 40mm diaM.S tubes 1.5 meter c/c ,horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S tubes ,M.S challies ,M.S clamps and M.s staircase system in the scaffolding for working plateforms etc .and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the excution of work cleaning and /orpointing and/or applying chemical and removing it thereafter .the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing runners ,connections with the building etc wherever required,,if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc .complete as per directions and approval of enginner in charge .(Note-1) the elevation area of the scaffoldingl shall be measured for payement purpose (Notes-2).the payement will be made once only for excucation of all item for such works. 30 BRICK WORK 31 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Paint to be use ISI Marked as Berger & Asian make. 56 but for every coat after the first coat 57 Pile work 58 Boring with hydraulic pilling rigs with power unit,providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified dia metre and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete ,to carry a safe working load not less than specifed,excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the piles to be embedded in pile cap etc.all complete .(length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap). 450mm dia piles 59 Extra over single under ream for providing additional bulbs in under reamed,piles,under specified diameter(only the nos. of extra bulbs are to be paid).450mm dia piles 60 Vetrical load testing of piles in accordance with IS -2911 (Part-4) including installation of loading platform by kentledge/anchor piles method prepartion of pile head or construction of test cap and dismentling of last cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of engg-in-charge.Notes-1 initial and routine load test shall not be carried out by dynamic method of testing.notes-2 testing agency shall submit the desgin of loading plateform for approval of engg-in-charge.single pile upto 30 tonne safe capacity.routine test (test load 1.5 times of the safe capacity) 61 Miscellaneous Work 62 Providing and fixing PVC down take pipe with GI clamps ( Kisan ,Supereme or equivalent) 6kg per sqm pressure 15 cm dia. 63 Providing and laying 150mm thk, neat, clean, dust and stain free in true line & level M25 grade plain/reinforced cement concrete VD floors to be laid in maximum panel size of 4 mtr. x 10 mtr. And vibrating the same with screed vibrator so as to get cement slurry on top. The top surface shall be smooth finished without adding extra cement slurry (self finish) by mechanical trowel. Vacuum dewatering to be carried out. (Only TREMIX / AQUIRIOUS system to be used). The panels shall be poured in the diagonally opposite manner. The rate shall include providing and laying panel shuttering of channels or angles, curing by flooding the water for at least 7 days, cleaning of surface to make it dust free before laying the concrete, uniform shade finished surface. The rate shall include filling of construction joints with MM-80 Semi-Rigid epoxy joint filler or MYK make filler. The rate shall also include opening of construction joints up to 30mm depth of floor and 4 mm wide and panel size will be 4x5 mtr with the help of power blade. 64 Providing and laying Non Shrink Grouting material like foscrock,Sika etc.
