Providing and fixing Gear operated rolling shutter, having following specifications,1) Laths/shutter strips of0.9mm thick GI Sheet (min.)2) Guide channels of MS 100 mm x 3mm thick (min.)3) Heavy duty High Tension Spring made from high tensile spring steel wire as per shutter size.4)Heavy duty Gear Set Assembly (machine cut gear of high grade cast iron or mild steel) with pulling handle.5) Shaft: MS pipe 48mm OD heavy duty.6) Bottom plate/Lock plate: min. 3 mm thick reinforced with MS angle of min. size 35x35x5mm fitted with sliding bolts and handles on both sides.7) Brackets: ms plate 400x400mm, min. 6mm thk8) Shaft Pinjara : MS Flat 30 mm X 6 mm 9) Top Cover 0.9 mm GI10) Paint: One coat red oxide primer and one coat of synthetic enamel for MS materialNote: In case of lesser thickness of sections, reduction in rate onpro-rata basis of weight shall be made. Rate is inclusive of MS pipe scaffolding required for the work.

Providing, fabricating and fixing hand-railing with GI pipe of height 1.05 mt with 40 mm dia. (NB) pipes for vertical post @ 1.50 mt c/c spacing or as per site conditions. Horizontal pipe 40 mm dia. (NB) at top rail & 25 mm dia. (NB) at mid rail and toe plate 100 mm x 6 mm thick at bottom level to be provided. All hand railing shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. All material in scope of contractor. All pipes shall be medium duty.

Fabricating metal door in structural steel work in rolled steel sections, fixed with connecting plates or angle cleats in main and cross beams, channels, angles, tees, plates etc. as per drawing or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position, making riveted / bolted / welded connections and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting complete. (RCF will supply structural steel & paint free of cost at RCF stores. Transportation at site is in the scope of contractor without any extra payment). All other consumables (oxygen & DA cylinders, welding rods etc.) are in scope of contractor.

Providing and fixing the Mechanical Anchor Fasteners M10 x 110 mm of Hilti Make or equivalent at required locations and level including drilling the hole, cleaning and anchoring the bolt as per manufacturers specifications etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.
