The quantities given in the bill of quantity are liable to variation either side for which no claim or compensation shall be considered except a reasonable extension of time for increased quantities..2. Registered safety norms must be followed by the contractor according to the labour laws, in case of any accident, all the liability shall be borne by the contractor.3. Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected.4. Any recoveries proposed shall be recovered from the contractor.5. In case of default in due performance of contract, the same shall be recovered on pro rata basis from the agency bill.6. Minimum number of person/labours to be deployed by agency floorwise must be mechanised including supervisors.7. Contractor must submit the architectural and structural drawing before commissioning the work. No extra payment shall be done for this job.8. No interest is payable under any circumstances.9. No idealing charges is payable for machinery/labour/material under any circumstances.
