| 2 | Providing and laying 230 mm thick Stone Soling below floor & foundations bed etc. using hard, durable & approved quality stones, rubbles, filling interstices using small size stones, stone chips, murum & watering [to fill uip all gaps] etc. including preparation of base properly, levelling, dressing & hand ramming, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. |
| 3 | Providing, placing and removing formwork for all In-Situ Concrete Works such as foundation, raft, columns, beams, slab, footings, all other miscellaneous RCC works including providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.Note: The measurement for the form work will be actual area of form in contact with the concrete surfaces. |
| 4 | Providing and laying of 90-100 micron thick, polythene sheet [of superior 1st quality,of standard make & confirming relevent BIS specification] as a separation layer above WBM / RCC / PCC with an overlap[both direction] of 150 mm [minimum] including preparation of base, laying the sheet without any folds / wrinkles, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder [if required], preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area,etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts. |
| 5 | Providing and laying approved make high yield strength deformed Reinforcement bars [of superior 1st quality,of standard make] of all dia meters, confirming to grade D - 500 of IS:1786 [latest edition] including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire for all in-situ concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly], preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area,etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights. |
| 6 | Providing and laying RCC, M 20 grade using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, rafts, footings, plinth, columns, beams, slabs, Chejjas, Lintels & for all in-situ concrete works including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old surface, racking out the masonry joints & cleaning, mechanical mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing & curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 2000 metersfrom the place of work & cleaning the work area,etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.Note:1] Mixing and Compaction Mechanically, the minimum cement content is360 kgs/cum. OPC 43 grade cement shall be used.2] Providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork will be measured & paid under separate item.3] The polythene sheet will measured and paid under separate item. 4] Concreting shouldbe done with self loading mobile concrete mixers (Eg. Ajax machine). |
