1. All taxes (GST) are to be included in bidding rates. 2. Bidder Should quote discount on Manufacture/Authorised dealer Price list & all job work rates in financial proposal. 3. L-1 Will be decided on maximum discount offered on Manufacture/Authorised dealer Price list in financial proposal (A). Although tenderer may be asked for rate negotiation on discount and job work list if it seems the rates quoted by tenderer is higher.
