Providing, laying, spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel as per Table 400-1,400-2 or any other coarse material as per design mix, as per CBR in sub base course including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mixer(Pug mill), carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader, F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification : Clause 401] by mechanical means with all lead.

Providing, laying, spreadingand compactingstone aggregate of specific size as per table400-6 &400-7 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonnes, in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of Stone screeningto fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering (with water browser) and rolling, making necessary earthenbund toprotect edegs,lighting, guarding,barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MoRTH specification:Clause 404] (bymanualmeans) with all leads (compacted thickness as specified to be measured) Grading no.3 (53-22.4 mm) crusher broken

Providingandlaying20 mmthickpremix patching with 0.27 cum of stone chipping ( 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm size and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size ) mixed with 14.6 kg of straight run bitumen per 10 sqm of road surface including heating of binderand aggregate, cleaning the area of patch, pot holes cut to regular shape with vertical sides, removing all loose & disintegrated material, application of tack coat @ 2.25 kg per 10 sqm., laying of patching material and compacting with 8-10 tonne power road roller including costof bitumen , aggregate, fuel, lubrication, binder ,hire charges of Machinery,T&P etc.

Providing and laying premixed sand seal coat on patch area comprising of thin application of fine aggregate (0.06 cum/10 sqm) premixed with 6.8kg/10 sqm binder 80/100 grade in mini hot mix plant 6-10 TPH and laying and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne including all lead of mix material.
