Painting to outside walls with premium quality acrylic emulsion exterior paints(Excel, Apex,.etc) of approved quality and shade two coats over a coat of cement primer, including washing and cleaning the surface etc complete at all heights.

Painting with Zinc chromate yellow primer one coat to structrural steel work steelwindows, MS grills, MS guard bars, MS ladder etc.including rubbing with sand paper and cleaning the surfaces well including all labour,materials and scaffolding etc.at all heights.

Painting with wood primer one coat to new/old wood work after rubbing with sandpaper and cleaning the surface well using approved quality wood primer includingcost of all labour,materials and scaffolding etc.at all heights.

Painting with syntheticc enamel paint two coats of approved quality and colour to new/old surfaces of structural steel works, wooden/steel and doors,windows etc.after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning well the surfaces including cost of all labour,materials and scaffolding etc.at all heights.

Repairs to RCC structures by plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm to 20 mmthick, in patches, including providing necessary steel scaffolding, cutting the patch inproper shape, raking out joints , curing, preparing and plastering the surface , disposal of debris at places pointed out by the Engineer in charge any where within the township premises etc complete at all heights.
