Supply and delivery of BIS approved new generation energy savings, environment friendly and long lasting 240 Volt, 50Hz, 200 watt LED flood lighting luminaire with pressure diecast alluminium housing. (Make - Philips (Signify), Wipro, LT). i) Lumen efficacy > or = 135 Lumen/ Watt, ii) CCT- 5700K iii) CRI = or > 70iv) THD < or = 10%(at Full Load), v) SDCM < or = 05, vi) P.F = or > 0.95. viii) Efficiency should be = or > 85%, ix) The Driver (Make - XITANIUM/ OSRAM / INVENTRONICS / Philips / Wipro / Crompton) should be a potted driver with class-1 protection and inbuilt short circuit, open circuit, over voltage and under voltage protection and mounted inside the luminaire. Wattage of the Driver should always be greater than OR equal to the Wattage of the Luminaire. x) PC/PMMA lens should be provided foe each LEDxi) LED SMD type only High power leds 1-3W, &The LED chip module (make- Osram / Nichia / Cree / Lumiled) xii) LED chip module shouldnot be overdriven or underdriven by the driver as compared to its rated current as per OEM standard. xiii) The luminer must have pure polyester powder coated pressure die cast Al. housing IP 66, impact resistance IK 10xiv) SPD internal should be 4 KV andexternal should be 10 KV, and covered in proper housing.xv) Luminaire and Driver both should have the life of 50000 burning hour (with only 30% lumen degradation or 70% lumen maintenance) as per TM-21 report

Note : (a) Defect Liability period for the total work including LED fittings will be 5 years.(b)The warranty for the LED street light fittings has tobe provided for 5 years by the manufacturer/OEM, the certificate has to be uploaded with tender documents by the bidder.(c) The bidder should upload Technical Data Sheet (TDS) of fittings and Driver, LM79 & LM80 Test Report for the offered LED Light fittings from the manufacturer\"s NABL accredited Laboratory / any other NABL accredited Laboratory failing which the Bid may be rejected.(d) The illumination design to fulfill the prescribed condition has to be certified by the Manufacturer/ OEM within 07 (seven) working days from the date of layout.The minimum lux should be maintained as 40 lux with Uniformity factor ≥0.6 (e) One light fitting of each wattage as per direction of EIC, randomly selected from the supplied lot consisting of total material, will be tested as follows from NABL accreditedGovernment Laboratory at the cost to be borne completely by the bidder.\"(f) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.(g) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill.(h) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.

Fixing charges of the new fittings incl. replacing the old light fitting.

Less cost of dismantalled fittings without Lamp, Choke & Ignitor @Rs. 300.00 per fittings. (The exact quantity will be desided by EIC)
