Inc. spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rollingwith there wheel 8-10 ton static roller in stages 2 proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materils to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical spec. clause 405 compacted thickness 75 mm. 3 (WBM.GRADE 3) providing and laying and spreading and complteingstone aggregates of specific size to water bound mecadam speci. Inc. spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rollingwith there wheel 8-10 ton static roller in stages 2 proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materils to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical spec. clause 405.3 compacted thickness 75 mm. 4 providing and appling of primer Coat with emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraing primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD specification clause 502 5 providing and appling of Tack Coat with bitumin V.G-10 using emulsion pressure distrbutor at the rate of 0.35-0.45 kg/sqm on the primed surface of granular base treated with primer and cleaned with hydroulic broom. 6 providing and laying androlling or open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick composed 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agg. Either using penetration grade bitumin/ CRMBon emulsion @1.46 kg per sqm to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously base by manual MORDspecification. 508 7 providing and laying of Seal Coat by manual means with 80/100 Grade Bitumin sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specified levels ,grade and coarse fall using type C as per tech spec.
