(Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). 20 Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. The one pack of 10 kg Elastomeric concrete shall consist of 3 kg hardner 1.5 Kg base & 5.5 Kg of sand & fibre powder. 42 Repairing of damaged portion of rigid pavement withElastomeric concrete compound(Flex - O - Patch of Choksey chemicals/ Delpatch of D.S Brown or equivalent)after marking, cutting, chipping the pavement up to required size by using mechanical chippers, side locking on the vertical face, cleaning the prepared area by sand blasting with medium grit sand, masking and pouring the compound, finishing & texturing complete, including applying primer as per manufacturer specifications andthe direction of Engineer-In-chage with required machines & tools.Note: The rate quoted shall be exclusive of cost of material. 43 Edge repair of Dummy/Construction/Expansion joints of different sizes varying from 5mm to 25mm by epoxy of Doctor Fixit grout as per the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. 44 Repair of cracks in concrete by preparing the necessary V-joint, priming the surface, filling with necessary grouting compound of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as per the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
