| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of multistage centrifugal pump set with cast iron impellerof capacity 26 ltr/sec at2970 RPM, 160 mtr delivery head and with suitable dia of suction and delivery (80 mm x 65 mm) coupled with squirrel cage induction motor of suitable capacity, 415 Volt, three phase including necessary PCCfoundation complete all as specified and directed.Note:(i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of pump set and motor.(ii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of making of Platform of PCC (1:2:4)(20 mm aggregate. The platform shall be 20 cm below GL and 45 cm above GL. The PCC platform shall be constructed over rammed hard core. Necessary excavation and shuttering shall be considered in quoted rate. The platform shall be painted with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint. The necessary working space of 30cm all around the platform shall be made in PCC and quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same.(iii) The suitable size of MS base frame, foundation bolts and nuts, anti-vibration pad (mim thickness 3mm), coupling and coupling guard including connection of suction and discharge pipe lines, all electrical cable connectionto the pump shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. The base frame shall be painted with two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer.(iv) The testing of pump shall be carried out by Engr-in-Charge in presence of AGE(I) and rep of contractor. The testing report shall be fwd to this HQ for record.(v) Any other requirement arising during installation of pumpset (which is necessary for installation of pump set) shall be included in quoted rate. (vi) The pump will be installed at the location all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(vii) The contractor shall submit original warrantee from manufacture to Engr-in-Charge. . The base frame of pump shall be 45 cm above ground level. The platform shall be 20 cm below GL and 45 cm above GL. The PCC of platform shall be laid over hard core . The RCC shall have thickness of 200mm with 10 mm dia TMT with spacing @ 100mm C/C in both directions. Suitable and necessary all around working space i.e. clear 30 cm shall be made. The platform shall be painted with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of such provisions.(iii) The suitable size of MS base frame, foundation bolts and nuts, coupling and coupling guard including connection of suction and discharge pipe lines, anti vibration pad (Mim 3 mm thick), all electrical cable connection including testing the pump shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) Provn of 150mm dia column pipe flanged/ screwed type as required at site with pump shaft as per manufacturer recommendation of 13 mtr long and fixing the multistage pump at the bottom of column pipe. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same.(v) Any other requirement arising during installation of pumpset is also deemed to be incl in the item rate.
