Meter etc. dismantling of all incoming & outgoing connection, replacement of defective parts in panel & A.C.B. 2 Jaw contact Assembly upper 400Amp 3 Jaw contact Assembly lower 400Amp 4 Indicating lights RYB Make L&T/Siemens 5 Breaker control switch. Make L&T/Kaycee 6 U/V release 220 V Make : Siemens 7 Digital Amp. Meter size 96X96sqmm Make L&T 8 Digital Volt Meter 0-500V size 96X96sqmm Make L&T 9 MCCB 160 Amp. TP 36 Ka. Make : Siemens 10 Power Contactor MNX220V 300 Amp 3 Pole Make: L&T 11 Cleaning of complete bus bar of panel insulation on bus bar by heat shrinkable PVC sleeve/tape, replacement of support insulator, Tightening of hardwares etc. 12 Servicing, over hauling of complete ACB, greasing of all movable parts, cleaning of parts by CRC, & re-installation of A.C.B. in existing LT panel 13 Testing of all above components in place of defective removed components as required complete with control wiring, fixing of amp. Meter, indicating lights etc. complete with all incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling, changing of UV assembly complete withwiring 14 Complete checking of LT panel wiring, minor accessories replacement i.e. panel door lock, gas cut, rubber bidding, setting of doors, cover any open door, hole for protection etc. complete in all respect 15 Testing & Commissioning of the panel equipment’s as follow: - Check equipment’s specification- Continuity and earthing-Breaker mechanism and alignment-Meggaring of all equipment’s for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth.-interlocking tests
