Flange. 8 Supply of MS Bend heavy duty of size 150 mm dia. 90*with double flange. 9 S/O Nut Bolt & Washers of suitable size of good quality as per site requirement. 10 Disconnection of Electric connections of motor from panel to starter and motor after dismantling of old starter & associated cables with the help of manual labor, tools and tackles as required at site taking all safety measures. 11 Decoupling the pump and motor after removing the tyre coupling by opening of the nuts, bolts etc. The job includes dismantling of suction and delivery side sluice valve, NRV, taper, bends etc. as per site requirement and then taking them to a suitable place in the pump house. 12 Dismantling the pump set from the MS Base frame by cutting of nut & bolts with the help of gas cutter, tools & heavy labor as required at site and taking outside pump house. 13 Breaking of concrete foundation with hydraulic hammer & dismantling of existing MS base frame from CC foundation by cutting of foundation bolts with the help of gas cutter and taking out with the help of heavy manual labor & taking all safety measures as required at site.( job include 2 feet digging down from the ground level ) 14 Making RCC foundation suitable for 50 HP Pump sets &Fixing of motor pump set on the RCC foundation plastering / filling the gap of RCC foundation and MS foundation after fixing of base frame with the help of SS nut as required. I/c, drilling/ machining and painting as required ( As per sample)
