All kinds of soils 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 4 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 5 Rough Chisel dressed Kota stone 35 mm thick flooring of approved shade set in pattern over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and pointingwith cement sand mortar 1:3 with pigment to match the shade of stone with joint thickness up to 15 mm complete in all respects : 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade ofcement concrete forall RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix 7 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick. 8 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal ofexcavated earth,with all lead & Lift upto 1.5 m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil 9 Pointingonstonemasonryincementsandmortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) : Raised and cut pointing. 10 Providing, Laying & Jointing R.C.C. class NP-2 Non-Pressure pipes (IS : 458mark) of approved make with collars, jointed with C.M. 1:2 or having Spigot and socket ends with flexible rubber rings joint including testing of joints etc. complete :600mm dia Internal 11 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm. in depth but exceeding 1.5 meter in width as well as10 Sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 Mtr. and lift up to 1.5 Mtr. disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil 12 Earth work in excavation/ by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m andlift upto 1.5 m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: Hard rock(blasting prohibited) useful material 30% 13 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ). 14 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 15 Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting ( height upto 10 m), fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Add Extra if I/rail section is used 16 Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide 17 Supplying and fixing of chain link fencing with angle iron posts 50x50x6mm placed at every 3 Mtr. apart 30cm in ground embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30x30x45cm) corner and every tenth post to be strutted with (50 x 50 x 6cm) angle iron provided and fixed and fitted with posts including earth work in excavation etc. complete with chain link size. 50mm x 50mm x 3.15mm 18 Cutting of construction joint/ longitudinal joint 4 to 6 mm. wideusing mechanical concrete cutter including cost of diamond bit cutting wheel and filling of bitumen sealingcompound in groove including cost of sealing compound. 25 mm depth 19 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar. 20 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure aboveplinth level and upto five levelabove 30cm. thick walls in : Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 21 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 40mm nominal size). 22 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
