| 2 | Planting of lawn grass as (superior quality) complete, (Note : Necessary approved agriculture soil, obtained from outside MD land, spreading of soil 6-8\" after removing the existing silthick and then planting the lawn grass, watering to plant and fill the water inthe pit till soil saturated with water as required for plant. The growing of plant by watering and removing the vegetation from the plant pit also till completion date of this contract agreement.Further, maintenance of 12 months from the date of completion including tools, materials, manpower related machinary etc complete as per the direction, good growing by watering as required and removing the vegetation and keep all healthy alive. If any plant dies, then same age and height of other grown up plants to be planted without any cost to department.complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | The rate of the following item include for supply of plants as specified, transporation to site, excavation of pots as follows 0.6M x 0.6M x 0.9M for large shrubsand climbers, fillingpits with prepared manure soil (ratio 1:2 sludge: good earth by volume) Supply, transporation and mixing of soil improvement nutrients as requried inside coat of adding in all pits, Flooding with water dressing including removal of rubbish & surplus earth if any with all lead & lifts, planting and stacking in full and final location including all location specified and maintainance of plants for a period of 12 months, replacement of any dead & sicky plants i this period. Supply & spraying of insecticides as required. |

| 7 | The following varities of plant and trees(ornamental/ seasonable/ non seasonable) are required to be planted. M&L for planting of following trees plant/trees of mentioned height at the time of plantation including excavation inany type of soil for pit size (3feet x 3feet x 3feet) application of Anti Termite Treatment and fill the pit putting DAP and Urea suitable for plant with the mixer of soil 50% black cotton soil obtained from excavation 25% red/sweet agricultural soil and 25% of cattle composed mannure obtained from outside of MD land as approved. | 9 | Notes for item No 01 to 7.0 :- (i) Tree/ plants will be obtained from nursery of MP Govt or any other Nursery approved by GE. (ii) Payment for this item shall be made only for the plants found alive. Any dead plant shall be replaced with the new once without any extra cost to the Govt. |
