Tender For All Videography Work In Flower Show 2025 - Complete work of still photography, videography, drone camera and making of documentary film2 On 01 and 02 February, 2025, for the outdoor judging work, one team will have to do still photography with a total of 5 HD cameras, and photography and videography work will have to be done at different places with the jury team. On 07, 08, 09 and 10 February, 2025, still photography will have to be done with HD camera at the exhibition site in the Raj Bhavan premises. After the work, soft copies of all the days will have to be made available to the committee within a week. 300 selected photographs will have to be printed on super high glossy paper and given along with the album.3 Outdoor judging work on 1st and 2nd February, 2025 and digital videography work with HD camera as per instructions will have to be done at the exhibition site in Raj Bhavan premises on 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th February, 2025. After the exhibition, the videography of all the days will have to be edited and prepared in HT form with background music and submitted in two copies in a pen drive.4 The entire work of recording of important stages of the event with drone camera (including operating and editing) on ​​7th, 8th, 9th and 10th February, 2025 at the venue of the regional fruit, vegetable and flower exhibition, Raj Bhavan premises, Lucknow, will have to be prepared in HD form in a pen drive. Also, a copy of the documentary will have to be made available in HDA form in a pen drive.6 Two LED walls of size 8 feet by 12 feet will have to be installed at the place specified for the regional fruit, vegetable and flower exhibition, Raj Bhavan premises, Lucknow, on 08, 09 and 10 February 2025, linking them to each other and operating the broadcasting material provided.
